Most products can be returned within 30 days
If you’ve simply changed your mind about a product, we’ll refund your purchase price or exchange it for a different one. Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a manufacturer’s defect or a direct result of an error on our part.
30 days after shipment, your merchandise is no longer returnable to us but in many cases may still be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty information often found in your product’s packaging or user manual, or on the manufacturer’s website after 30 days.
Some products cannot be returned or exchanged
If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer service within  business days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Products that have been installed, used, or damaged after delivery
- Products that were custom or special ordered
- Products that have been modified or otherwise altered
- Products with a broken or tampered seal
- Products that are custom in nature (eg. Custom patterned, painted, opened electrical items, performance programmers, audio head units)
- Big and bulky items that ship via freight carrier (LTL) are not returnable
Please note that certain items, such as perishable goods or personalized products, may not be eligible for return due to their nature
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service within  business days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the exchange process and arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you.
Unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (such as shipping the wrong item), the cost of return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of the item.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return of refund has been processed.
If order was shipped it cannot be cancelled and refunded (please email customers service for more details).
Cancelled and Refused Orders
You may wish to cancel an order. All cancelled orders are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. We do our best to cancel the order if needed but can not guarantee that the product has not shipped. If the product has already shipped dudeswithtruck will deny the cancellation and inform you of the reason for the cancellation being denied.
